★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into a local Love boutique store in Calgary AB & purchased a product. The sales associate mentioned that this certain product doesn't always work well, but tested it in store & it worked fine so I purchased it. I went home & tried to put in the batteries & they were in wrong so I took them out & put them in the correct way. a piece broke off & it still didn't work. I went to the store and they gave me a warranty slip to send it to head office. I paid $15 in shipping fees & a $10 processing fee to get it back to this head office location. I wrote a letter & stated what had happened. I asked for in store credit as it was obviously a terrible product. They sent me back a replacement product the exact same, I tested it out and sure enough even with all the correct pieces in tact still doesn't work. So I spent $50 on a product and now $25 on shipping & handling fees for something that I can't use. Very disappointed in the customer service. I now am hoping for a better response from the manufacturer. Will not be shopping at any love boutique ever again.
