No, we provide a healthy, chemical-free, environmentally friendly cleaner. Of course, if you have a specific cleaner you would like us to use we would be happy to accommodate. We quite often use our clients vacuum as well as it is much easier than carrying our vacuum to and from the houses, but of course we always have vacuum with us at all times.

Our family has been a customer of Tidy Time Saver since September 2010. We have been so pleased with service that these ladies provide. It's so nice to come home to a super clean house. Tidy Time Saver has done over 1000 cleanings for myself and clients over the last 5 years. The fact that myself and everyone else keeps using them speaks volumes about their service level, affordability, and trustworthiness. I highly recommend Tidy Time Saver to anyone looking for regular cleanings in Regina.

Over the years I have used a number of independent or "freelance" cleaners with mixed results. Each of them talked too much and seemed like they wanted to become part of my life lol. Then a good friend recommended Tidy Time Saver. Wow what a huge difference. Yes they cost a little more than the freelancers, but they sent not one but TWO cleaners. (I have an 1850 sq. ft. condo downtown.) They were both polite, efficient, nicely groomed and did a bang -up job. Nothing got missed, nothing got broken! Six stars in my books.

I wa going to hire this business to clean my house bi-weekly Katie, unfortunately, did not keep her initial appointment. She didn’t phone or e-mail. I left a message on the answering machine & have not heard back . Very bad & inexcusable business practice. 0 stars!

The two ladies who came and did my move out clean were AWESOME! So thorough and professional, brought all their own supplies, and they were quick! I was already pleased but then when I got the invoice even more so - the pricing is VERY fair. I’ve had a really bad experience with hiring cleaners before but I am SO glad I chose to use Tidy Time Savers; they were so fantastic that I’m thinking about scheduling monthly cleans of my new home! Thanks again to the ladies who came out and to Katie in the office who was also amazing to deal with. You folks are superb!

My wife and I hired Tidy Timesaver to clean our house. We were quoted $160 for a regular clean. On the day of our first cleaning, they sent out 2 girls to the house. The nest camera we had tracked them entering the house at just after 10am. They left at 10:45 and didn't return. On the date of our next cleaning, they entered, again, just around 10am. They left, this time, just after 10:30. My wife contacted the manager about this and had no response. Then she contacted the owner and received a blanketed statement. She refused to discount the rate to $60, which is what we SHOULD have been charged based on the amount of time her team was there. We are now with another service, and are being charged $75. They send in 2 girls, who clean our house for between and hour and an hour and a half. Buyer beware: Sharla Shaw will rip you off if you don't watch! Edit (as per company response): You would have my wife's name on file, not mine. She would rather not get involved, as this was quite a while ago. The only reason I decided to review the business was that an employee who works for our new service was a former employee of yours. I've been working from home and chatted with her, and it seems that this is a common business practice. Employees are told to go in for "x" number of hours and aren't aware that customers are paying for "y." She mentioned that she had customers who confronted her directly about it when she worked for the business. I have looked at your social media and Google reviews, and feel that there are likely others with our same experience who have had their comments/reviews deleted. The cleaning done in our house was sub par at best, and I don't see how you have so many positive reviews. It must be due to alterations and deletions on your end.
