★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great flavours, portions, prices and experience. I just wish I saw staff washing hands more often and that the place had more fresh air flowing through it. Staff were all pleasant the whole time though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience every time! Ice cream is really good and staff are super friendly. my cone broke in half and hit the table and they gave me a new one without me even asking for it. We got singles and that was a lot of ice cream, I’d suggest getting the child size or single at the most. A very aesthetic place and worth the detour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fun place, love all the colourful paintings on the building! Very clean and friendly staff, lots of fun souvenirs to buy. Delicious ice cream flavours and well packed scoop; the only thing was the waffle cone wasn't very fresh :( Otherwise enjoyed it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was fine (very cheugy) but the ice cream was terrible. We each got a child’s scoop that was the size of our heads, and the dairy based flavours were very much grocery store/island farms style ice cream. Would much prefer quality over quantity.
One of us was dairy free, which normally isn’t an issue but they had only 2 (out of 40+ flavours) that was awful and icy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an extremely popular place with lots of flavors to choose from. Visiting the shop is also an experience as their are so many trinkets and souvenirs to browse. While every ice cream our large group tried was really good they don't sell ice cream in any sort of reasonable portions. The child size was far to big for me, and adult so for a child it is super challenging to eat without making a mess and/wasting a bunch of it. I would recommend getting it in cups and splitting for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tons of ice cream flavours available, some of them are made in house. Haven't been to the other locations but this one is great. You may want to start with 1 or 2 scoops as they are quite large portions. This is one of the few places that I've been able to find "cherry custard" ice cream!
