Tic Tac Gym

Très (trop) cher pour avoir aucune animation de la part des employés. Elles préparent un parcours et après... Rien! Aucune notion de pédagogie et d'animation avec de jeunes enfants! SUITE : Bonjour, je vous remercie pour votre réponse. En effet, je suis déçue des cours et des tarifs associés au service. En réalité, il s'avère que le dernier cours a été le seul qui était mieux et surtout plus vivant. Comme vous l'inscrivez, je l'ai mentionné auprès de l'employée, car j'estime important de souligner le fait qu'elle avait fait des efforts dans la préparation du matériel et du cours. Mon mécontentement se situe davantage sur les autres cours, ceux avec l'employée régulière qui manque clairement de dynamisme. Le problème n'est pas tant de payer cher, mais de payer cher pour aucune animation. À chaque cours, on le voit bien, les enfants font le parcours 2 ou 3 fois avec enthousiasme, mais ensuite, ils tournent en rond. Nous les parents sommes obligés de trouver des idées pour faire bouger nos enfants, on essaye de jouer avec des ballons, on joue à la tag... J'étais venue avec mon ainée voilà près de 4 ans et les cours étaient bien différents avec des activités variées durant une séance, mais aussi d'une séance à l'autre. Je ne paye pas si cher pour que ce soit moi qui fasse courir mes enfants. Voilà, j'espère que cela éclaircit mon premier commentaire et que vous serez en mesure de comprendre mon point de vue de maman.

Pour un anniversaire, dès notre arrivée l'animatrice nous dit si vous ne partez pas à l'heure vous serez facturé d'un supplément... Vu le prix déjà élevé ça refroidit... Animation moyenne, pas de musique, ambiance peu festive. De plus dans le forfait les enfants devaient recevoir une entrée gratuite, mais n'ont rien eu, bref je ne recommande pas.

Mes enfants adorent le Tic Tac Gym ! Nous avons débuté en cours parent-enfant. Ils ont adoré et nous avons même célébré leurs anniversaires au Tic Tac Gym plusieurs fois ! Mon plus vieux participe au camp de jour depuis 2 ans et il a vraiment beaucoup de plaisir. Les instructeurs sont attentionnés, dynamiques et très patient.

Great place for kids of any age! My daughter's always have a blast when they go and the prices are very reasonable. 5 ? from me !

We went for a birthday party and it was amazing. Great activities for active kids! The guy that run the games had lots of energy and great attitude!

BEWARE TRY CLASS FIRST BEFORE SIGNING UP. I called this gym to inquire about putting my almost 3 year old in their 3-5 yr old class. They told me to bring her in to try one class (didn't tell me a price). When I brought her in no one explained or informed me about anything. They had me fill out information and just put her in the class. During the first 15 minutes the instructor nearly dropped my daughter and she busted her lip (ok fine accidents happen) after the class the instructor told me to come back next week to try the parent class. I had to ask her 'so how does this work' and she proceeded to sell me 9 classes i had to pay half upfront. BIGGEST MISTAKE! Immediately after I left I got an email bill of $200 asking me to sign(I never did). It wasn't until I reviewed the video I took of the instructor dropping my daughter that I realized she could have been really injured, so I then made the decision not to bring her back. Because it was 6 days later I asked politely if it could be resolved and refunded the $100. I didn't think they would be so un-empathetic and disrespectful especially working in an environment with children. I explained my personal situation in detail, and apologized for the time frame but the girl was so defensive and argumentative there was no way I was getting through. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me that wasn't possible. When I called back the same girl told me she could give me back $40 from the $100 I paid and I wouldn't have to pay the other $100 balance. I said "So you're just going to steal my money? She proceeded to try and tell me it was a 'penalty' because I called on Friday (which is a lie... Come on. I called THURSDAY the day before the class) She was just trying to find any reason to argue with me. by the tactics of these people I wouldn't doubt if I had called the next day they would have still refused to refund me. Not to mention she kept interrupting until I spoke loudly to ask her to listen to me when she yelled over me "NO I WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU" Obviously, this place is more concerned about money than their reputation if they rather steal $100 from a single parent. Where's your humanity? Avoid this 'business' if you are unsure in any way.

My kids went there for a birthday party a couple of months ago and absolutely loved it. Its a beautiful gym well organized and a friendly instructors. It's really hard for me to get my kids moving and they had a blast. I just signed up my 2 kids to there online classes and they love it. They are well structured and fun. I have 2 kids and finding a on interest can be challenging but they both love it. There is so many to choose from which makes it fun for both of them. The 30 to 40 min capsules are interactive and keep my kids moving. All I like to say is Thank you Tic Tac Gym for making my kids move.

We did my daughters 1st birthday here over the weekend! What an absolute win this place is! So happy they had that date and time available! the venue is spacious and it comes equipped with a kitchen! so we were able to place all of our food in the fridge until it was time to set up. Super accommodating with setting up! The kids loved it and the animators are exceptional! Abby is super sweet and really knows what she's doing! Cant wait for my daughter to try out one of her classes in the coming weeks!
