★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best had semi truck with frozen brakes came out and pulled it around the block to release brakes it didn’t work but the time and effort they gave me was priceless. Wouldn’t call nobody else there second to None.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The alternator went on our car and through BMW roadside assistance Ti-Cat was sent to help us. Cory was absolutely fantastic. He is one of the nicest people we've ever met! He was super friendly, thorough, timely, and had lots of great advice to share with us. Although the alternator going was an unfortunate incident, we were very fortunate to have met Cory and gotten such wonderful service. Anytime I need towing or any of the many other services they offer, I will always be going with Ti-Cat from here on out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the weather today driving out in the highway for work, with minimal visibility AND crazy unsafe drivers out there, I went into the ditch and Rob (i believe is his name), helped me get out of the deep ditch I was in. He was so patient and kind turning this stressful situation not soooo stressful!! He was making jokes and told me multiple times not to feel bad as this happens to everyone which kept the situation light. He kept contacting me to make sure the communication wasnt lost and that he was on his way to get me out. Him and Adam (i believe was the other man helping him) were very kind and caring people. This is exactly the type of people you need when you're in a pickle! They made sure my car was okay to drive and no serious damage was done to the car before I began to drive again. I will 10000000% recommend this company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti-Cat towing came down very fast with 3 tow trucks and 6 guys to pull my horse trailer, truck and skidsteer out of the ditch. They were professional fast and efficient considering I was stuck in the skidsteer. They worked on a very skinny roadway, and worked around tons of large trees they did amazing very professional! They knew exactly how to use their equipment in a fast and functional way to pull everything out! Did awesome! They also helped me once when my jack Russell locked me out of my truck and him in it, they came very fast and got him out! Great company
