My family and I were genuinely apprehensive at first - and naturally so - but after witnessing how air-tight their business is conducted, we decided to employ TWT again, and for the third time, on Christmas Day. It was on point. Quality and value for cost. Bottom line, - and sure, Uber eats is cheaper - this was beyond expectations. Cost < Value: pretty simple. The nucleus of it all is that Mel and Brian complement each other. Frankly, they just want to hang their hat on having done a spectacular job and let the word of mouth/corroboration take the inevitable progression.

The food was absolutely delicious, large portions and the experience was even better. Each of the courses perfectly put together with Chef Brian explaining the ingredients and how it was made. For anyone who has never had an experience like this, I would highly recommend you try it. Thyme Well Tasted was very professional, they took extra steps to ensure safety was a top priority (due to COVID) and made sure everything was perfect (down to the table setting, plates, cutlery, candles). I couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Thank you!

The food was out of this world, the description and each dish and interaction with us was detailed and appropriate, and once they were gone it was as if nobody was in our kitchen. It was four courses which were too fancy for me to describe, but order the squash and the tagliatelle and the sticky toffee pudding! Brian came with details to make our table look special as well and was so friendly as he served the meal. He took the time to work with me to develop a special menu that matched some dietary restrictions and was patient with the back and forth it took to land. It was such a special night, and I would encourage anyone to hire Thyme Well Tasted.
