★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review from a take out meal I had in the summer. I have been to Vientam in the past so I have a good palate for reference. I had the vermicelli bowl with shrimp, pork and spring rolls. The portions of meat to noodle\vegetable was way off, there was barely any meat. Not only that, the shrimp was overcooked and the pork and spring rolls were sub par. I did not enjoy this meal at all and it was not worth the twenty dollars it cost. It pails in comparison to what IPHO used to offer. I wish they were still around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 4 stars, but I'm feeling nice. The menu is simplify to match the small city pallet. It's missing some ingredients you would get else in authentic Vietnamese restaurant. No tripe, tendon or basil leaves. The food tasted okay and the older gentleman was very nice. The prices for a restaurant quality food is fantastic! It's not a bad options if you're in the Hat looking for Vietnamese cuisine, but temper your expectations if you're from a big city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far my favourite restaurant in Medicine Hat. A small but reputable family owned gem with flawless food and service. Their spring rolls are the best Ive ever had in my life, service is always fast and familiar, and you never wait over 20 minutes to receive food. On top of that, they have some of the BEST prices for dining out in the entire city. I can go and fill myself up with fresh and delicious food for literally $11. If you’re thinking about eating here, just do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here to try their food, this is located at 2nd st downtown Medicine Hat. Staff are friendly, ambience was ok, food was great, washroom was clean too. Just one thing though, they need to change their scratched up glass, just my opinion. Overall experience was great. A must try and recommended to all.
