SATURDAY 10-2 PERFECT for me when I didn't feel I needed ER, but needed help. Both Dr's are caring and professional If they were open for walk-in during the week it would be great.

Always friendly, helpful and sincerely caring staff and doctors. I have been driving from Calgary and delivered soon to be 3 babies in 4 years, the drive is nothing when receiving the level of care from the team here at threesisters. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a doctor or having a baby!

I don’t even have words for how amazing this clinic is and especially Dr. Constantin. She is the Mother Theresa of doctors and I’m not far at all from the truth when I say this. She cares so deeply for all of her patients no matter the issue big or small. She puts her heart full force into her work and shows a dedication we seldom see today. I mean what doctor out there gives you their personal phone number or let’s you message them on Instagram?! It’s totally unheard of!! She has gotten back to me on vacations in Europe to get me prescriptions or get me an appointment at the clinic. She is truly amazing and all of her staff is equally as friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr. Constantin for being the amazing woman you are!

So grateful for Dr. Constantin and the staff at Three Sisters. Professional, kind, caring - and they go WAY above and beyond. She has always listened to what I think, which is important to me, since I know my body best. I've never had a better doctor.

Dr. Constantine is the most caring, kind and compassionate doctor I have ever met. She and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable; the entire team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are well-informed, well-cared for and supported at every stage of medical care, no matter how simple or complex the case might be. I feel very fortunate to be under the care of such an amazing doctor!

Dr Reid was absolutely great!During my first visit I was slightly uncomfortable but his friendliness and willingness to help made me feel much better.He was straight forward and to the point. He helped me to address my issues, offered me many options on how to manage my diabetes better:) I am happy to have a family doctor like this in Canmore. I highly recommend him.

I am writing this here, because it seems there is no formal method to provide feedback to the clinic. I am dismayed to find that this clinic seems less concerned with providing quality health care than they are with making money off cosmetic procedures…When I first became a patient of the clinic, all was well; but there have been many changes that seem to compromise the quality of care. Firstly, appointments are so sparse that the meaningfulness of the appointment diminishes with time passed. Secondly, the clinic is now charging inordinate fees for a missed phone appointment, but barely have any appointments to give. This places the patient in a sticky situationβ€”either you squeeze the appointment into a schedule that barely works for you, or you wait another month for results. I don’t believe that charging $50 for a phone call that lasted less than 2 minutes is ethicalβ€”especially given my situation, these were results of an important cardiac MRI. Even more unethical is charging that amount in a town that has as many hospitality workers as Canmore does, who are all trying to get back on their feet after the economic hardships faced during the pandemic. $25 would be an appropriate amount for a minute and a half phone call when the clinic cannot even give appointments in a timely manner. I believe that the clinic ought to examine its own role in patients not showing up to appointments before charging the consumer as much as they are. Update: Paid the $50 so I could have my appointment, and the doctor was 40 minutes late to see me. The hypocrisy of all this is very rich.
