He takes the time to explain things very well, and if you still don't understand or want to argue the issue. He will either research it further or send you to a Larynologist to have the situation reviewed. I have never in the 5 years I have been seeing him ever had a complaint!! As to the people at the front desk, I have found that they too are very helpful and there have been times that we have had a good laugh. Yes, sometimes they have been very busy and not had the time to converse. They still have been very polite and helpful!!
A	Ashley Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service from receptionists I've ever experienced in my life , rude, ignorant and don't return calls, on 2 separate occasions they lost my file, before my surgery they took over a month to return calls, then I'd have to call back. After surgery same thing would not return calls then when I finally get in touch they tell me I need a new referral from my dr. to come see Dr.. Pace Asiuk ..even though the surgery has left me with a hole in my septum 1 cm in diameter!!:( never ever recommend this surgery from here or the staff! So disappointed I trusted them with my body!

K	Kasey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst patient care. The MOAs are nasty and rude. Snarky, dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. Telling my family member to, “call back when you can actually talk”, after undergoing a tonsillectomy whilst trying to book a needed post-op appointment, is unnecessary and unprofessional. Working in healthcare, I recognize these behaviours are inappropriate and unacceptable. If you dislike your job that much, that if effects the way you treat patients, perhaps consider another career choice.
O	Olivia Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner was referred to Dr Cleland and waited for months before he called and said they "never received his requisition". Finally when they received it, Dr Cleland was kind and friendly and referred him to another ENT for surgery. The scans were never sent to the new doctor and we played the waiting game all over again. Sad to see others have had the same experience, poor communication in this office and rudeness from the front desk staff :(
N	Norris Laitinen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can tell you Dr Kramer is a great surgeon unfortunately his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Had a follow-up appointment after surgery for 1:45... Phone at 1:20 to confirm appointment.. then sat in the waiting room until well after 2:00. Finally I asked the lady at the counter how long the doctor was going to be when she informed me there were five people ahead of me and I wouldn't be seen until well after 3:00. She could have informed me this was going to happen before I had arrived to my scheduled appointment. An appointment that was scheduled for a month. My time is also important. Unfortunately they made me feel like they were doing me a favor by seeing me. They made me feel like my time was unimportant and I was lucky to be in their office.
