★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a carpenter ant problem at my out of town cottage. It was causing me a lot of stress as I was not there. Called and spoke to Jason who thoroughly explained the pest and solution. He had someone deployed same day to take care of the problem with me being remote. Life saver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not bother with this company. After paying a hefty price for the job to be done the problem reoccurred within the given warranty period. They refused to finish the job needed and stated that coming back for the extra treatments would be like them paying us to do the job. Is that not what a warranty is for? Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Thompson Interior Pest Control & they sent Alex the next day that I was available. Alex was efficient & professional & advised that they will come back, if necessary, at no extra charge. Everyone that I spoke with were excellent to deal with. I recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired for a 6 month contract for rats. When they didn’t show for an appointment I called, they said they left a message, however there was no message and we were home waiting for them. The owner Jason accused us of taking advantage of the contract that we PAID for, accused us of being rude to their staff and cancelled our contract with 3 months left. On top of that Jason REFUSED to refund us for the remaining 3 months of the contract. That in our opinion is THEFT!!!! If YOU want to cancel thats fine but DONT keep our money, sad how these companies can get away with this.
