โ โ โ โ โ Working with Deborah has been one of the best decisions we've made for our small artisan company. We started with a one on one video conversation to discuss some of the challenges we face as we transition from a hobby company into a full time occupation, and speaking with her was both enlightening and therapeutic. It's easy to get caught up in the day to day hustle of running the company while losing sight of our actionable goals. Deborah's insights helped us to pivot our focus towards scaling the company rather than becoming bogged down in the production side of our business.

I had no expectations as I had no experience to compare to, but what I was able to take away from our sessions far surpassed what I had hoped for. In just two sessions, I learned so much about myself, which helped me narrow down what I was looking for. Deborah helped me form a plan for my life, helped broaden my perspective, helped me realize my worth, and gave me goals to focus on and work toward, which I'm currently doing! Deborah was the one who pointed out that my life and career were so intimately entwined that they needed to be addressed together. Sounds simple, but many people miss this and deal with only part of they should. As an architect and designer, I was intrigued by her creative approach and her training in Design Thinking, a methodology that I use in a different way in my work. Deborah is one of a very few who are skilled in applying this method to our decisions in life (Life Design).
