★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service and from the manager no less! The manager was very rude and refused to honor the quote we originally received for our bridal party gifts. We ended up refunding our purchase and looking elsewhere.

Very bad serve and she very rude ..she DO NOT RESPECT Dead CHILDREN i pay 84$ for name and born number and year old for the plate , i told her my daughter 2 1/2 years old and she she make it 21/2 on the plate its look like 2112 not like 2 1/2 i already sad about lost my daughter and just want to make something for her so i can keep and remember, when i bring the plate to the store she said when i bring it home not thing cant do ,but its wrong is wrong , thats 84$ and for my my poor daughter, again Katelyn G. She DO NOT RESPECT DEAD CHILDREN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Bought a bracelet there and had it engraved. The clasp was broken and I asked how I could fix or replace it and all they could say was “we don’t know, not our fault”. Will not be going back.
