★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from out of town looking for a new boat .I drove by your dealership but wanted to find prices online however your website sucks .Every boat says please call while others websites say how much by semi weekly.Fire your website person immediately your loosing business by the second. When I drove past I was impressed with your inventory on the way back from mt.tremblant in the market for a new boat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a snowmobile from Thibeault Marine. I am upset that I could not have the snowmobile picked up by a shipping company(at my own cost) and delivered to my area. Amidst The pandemic of Covid 19 I offered different solutions to the sales and financing staff as to how I could go about the paperwork without leaving my area. None of this was acceptable to them("impossible")
We're the words they used multiple times.
I offered; to sign paperwork at my local Polaris dealership, have the documents sent to me which I could sign and return via post etc.
"Impossible " they kept claiming. I even offered to pay for the machine via etransfer in total and have them load it for a local trucking company. They wouldnt accept any of these options.
The only thing they would accept is for me to come in person to sign the documents and pickup the machine myself. This was not acceptable to me but after putting a down payment it seemed I had no choice but to go in person to get the machine. This was very unfair during this worldwide pandemic to have to travel outside of my comfort zone/ local area.
Staff was not accommodating at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thibault Marine is a bunch of crooks. Purchased a 19ft Pontoon with a 25 mercury for my 75 year old grandmother to keep it low maintenance. First they lied about the trade in price we had agreed upon for our previous boat. “New” Boat was delivered with water in the gas tank and left my mother and grandmother stranded on the lake. Mechanic said they never bench started the motor before the sale. The least that should have been done was a fresh tank of gas.
Boat was not stored on their covered rack in the winter as payed for (1200$). The cover got all sun faded and ripped from the snow. When they said it had to be repaired they sent us a bill for the repair.
Second year the boat was delivered with basically no oil in the motor..."mechanic” driving it ran it for 10minutes with the oil warning going off. When they brought it back after “working” on it. They sent us a bill for fixing what they had not done.
This is only a small portion of the horrible customer service and experience dealing with this place.
To top it off! Just had a friend help a man stranded on the lake with a boat that Thibault had just done an oil change on. Was missing 2 pints of oil.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff, first time buying a Polaris sled from Thibault and it was a great experience from start to finish. I don’t write too many reviews but I’ll give credit when due. My sales guy made it clear and simple, parts guys had all my extra goodies ready and the garage guys had everything prepped and ready so I can hit the snow and have fun...Thanks to everybody!!!
