Very disappointed with this service. booked a heat treatment a week in advance was asked to get my building sprinkler systems turned off prior to the treatment. I did exactly as requested and the crew never showed up. When I called to ask where they were, they said I never called to confirm my appointment. This is total BS. I've now wasted money turning off my buildings sprinklers for a service that never showed up. They had a $1000 job booked in with me and they couldn't take 2 minutes to phone me if they needed something over the course of 7 days, instead they just book another appointment. And worse they blame me, the customer, because they lack the effort to make a phone call.

I cant say enough about theses guys; they do an awesome job!!!!. They were prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, polite, but most importantly they got the job done. We are a non profit society (and a registered charity) that provides safe affordable housing to those with a mental illness. Our tenants were infested with bedbugs, these guys eliminated the bedbugs quickly and helped me arrange multiple treatments (while treating everyone with respect and compassion, since everyone was quite stressed). Bedbugs can be terrifying (and to be honest quite disgusting ) but these guys worked with me and multiple tenants to fix the issue quickly. I had initially used a company that used pesticide application only, it was unfortunately a waste of time and money. Thousands of dollars later and months down the road, we still had begbugs; however after a “one day heat treatment” with this company, our problem was solved.

? happy with Terry’s service , within hours of my frantic 11pm email of finding bedbugs in my house ,he called and had me feeling reassured of procedures available. I went with the Heat treatment for my house and with all the prep I did to my house before him coming he was in and out within few what seemed to me short hours “THANKYOU” I was fully prepared to stay out longer but before I could even eat the food I packed out he called and said they were done ✅ thank you for the services you provide and hope to never see you again hahaha respectfully ?

I highly recommend Thermal Remediation Experts. We thought we had a case of bed bugs and hired them to come in to eradicate the problem throughout our house. They discovered that we did not have bed bugs but carpet beetles. Terry let us know right away and treated the problem in the carpeted upstairs of the house. He recommended that we NOT do our main floor as it wouldn't be an issue there. We greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity by not charging us for an unnecessary service. Terry was very professional, thorough, and helpful. We were very pleased with the high level of service provided.

Do not use this company for your bedbug issue! They are highly unprofessional and Terry the owner is an outright liar. I really feel that I dodged a bullet by sending these guys away when they showed up to do a heat treatment this morning. I was told on the phone that I could pay after the treatment was done by e-transfer. That's usually how business works. You pay for a service after it's completed. When he showed up to do the treatment, he demanded I pay up front by cash or credit card. I was not prepared for that and he insisted he did not tell me I could pay by e-transfer after completion. I had planned on doing the transfer in his presence after the treatment was completed. Somehow he thought because he gave me a "deal" and travelled a little over an hour, that this gave him rights to charge me up front. He actually quoted me a price with GST if I e-transferred funds! He also told me it would take 4-5 hours to do the treatment, and on arrival that suddenly changed to 2 hours! From everything I've read about these treatments, it's an 8 hour process. It's not the size of your home, the process takes 8 hours to be fully effective to destroy the eggs, which take longer to kill than the bugs. I honestly believe he wanted his money and to be out of my home before I returned from work because this company is not honest. A giant rip off! I can guarantee that this treatment would not have solved my problem and this guy would not have been accountable. Also he broke the first appointment after I did all the prep work saying that the equipment needed a repair. Probably another lie! On Vancouver Island we are vulnerable because we don't have a lot of options for this treatment but find another way because this company is not reputable.

Terry’s service is exceptional - 5+ stars. I called a pest control company for bed bugs and was immediately referred to Terry. They told me spraying chemicals is not effective and to go with a proven treatment. Terry fit me into his schedule with urgency to resolve my issue. The treatment took a day. He is professional and caring. Above all I can sleep tonight thanks to his innovative treatment. And no wasted $ or time on other repeated failed treatments. Getting bed bugs is terrible, but having it dealt with puts it to bed. Highly recommend!

Terry’s calm demeanour, & kindness made the process of dealing with bed bugs as smooth as possible. He was SO informative, a true expert in his field, punctual, efficient, & totally professional. He came all the way to the small island where the issue was & did a walk through of the property with us to ensure we hadn’t missed any prep. I am so very grateful I found him! Fingers crossed I never run into BB issues ever again, but if I do, I know who to call! THANK YOU, TERRY!! ??

My sister unknowingly brought bedbugs with her from Toronto to our cottage stay on one of the small gulf islands. Needless to say, we were not excited. Finding a heat treatment expert willing to come to the island was not easy but Terry graciously came and saved us and our friends’ property. Terry is knowledgeable, patient, generous, and efficient. He steamed our car also in the off chance there were bugs there too. Highly recommend Terry and his company for all your needs.
