★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time last year I did not have an excellent experience with the garage but, I decided to come back for another oil change, having no other option.
The facility was much more taken care of, employees were polite, the work process was explained well, and the invoices are much, much neater than the last time I arrived, very pleased and am now a frequent client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a UHaul truck from this location, first time doing this in Quebec but not the first time using the rental services, this was the WORST place ever, we booked a 10ft truck, when we arrived they told us only had 15ft available at a much higher cost, had to other choice but to take it, had 6hrs to use it at $179 cost, said it had almost a quarter tank of gas but when we got the truck the gas tank was almost empty and pointed that to the girl, she said just take a picture to show when returning the unit, we did, the contract started at 3:30, we returned at 7:30pm and the store was closed so the mechanic shop owner was still working and told us to deposited the key in a mail box, took some pictures to record the gas amount, which as over 1/4 tank, the mileage and the clean box. I reviewed my credit card and they charged as if I had returned it late, $389 dollars!!! I phoned the location and the girl said they didn't have anything to do with the charges and couldn't help me, I phoned customer services and the agent was very helpful and helped me to file a complaint but now I'm waiting to see what kind of results am gonna get, I am extremely disappointed with this service location and seems by reading other reviews that this a recurring issue with them, BELIEVE THE INFO, DO NOT use this location
