Great service, fantastic communication throughout the whole process, and Theo took care of every little thing for us, right down to having the unit cleaned for the new owners! Our sale was not completely straightforward, as we were selling an apartment in North Van while we were living 450 kms away! Everything had to be done remotely, and went without a hitch.
