I have bought and sold many homes, never in my life have i had this run around...If you use them Proceed with Caution. I would have given 0 stars but you have to put 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend at all. Very malicious behavior, and lack of responsiveness. We were buyers in a situation where Robin was representing the sellers. Completed a water test for us since the seller did not want us to do it, but failed to provide the results to us which indicated that the water was not safe to drink. Too many more examples to be able to list.
