The property is very well kept and modern. Looking forward to working out in the new fitness room. All the amenities are top notch and the fixtures are of high quality. I can't wait to move in!!!

Annie and Buck at the office are so warm, and welcoming showing us truly exceptional hospitality and service throughout the process. Can't wait until we actually move in!

From the moment you walk in to their office they make you feel like you are the most important person in their lives at that time. The apartments are beautiful. When viewing the show suite it took me less then 30 seconds to realize I wanted to be a part of that living and community experience. I’m moving in in less then a week and I really can’t wait. Thank you Annie and Buck for what you do.

They answered all of our questions and concerns promptly. We signed for this rental unit site unseen when we lived in Ontario. Throughout the whole process, things were so smooth with Buck and Annie. I'm so glad we chose this place to live. And since moving in, everything has been wonderful. Buck has checked in with us to make sure all is good. I highly recommend living here.

Annie supported us through the process and is there to answer any questions we have had along the way. Can't wait to move into our beautiful brand new suite! The show suite is incredible - check it out if you have the chance. The attention to detail the builders are putting in is amazing. Five stars is an understatement!

The amenities are great, the apartments are luxurious with exquisite detail such as the quartz countertops, beautiful flooring, and exceptional views. The best view in Kamloops I think. On top of all that, the management team is phenomenal and makes you feel at home. I love living here and it is truly a 5 star experience. Annie and Buck are exceptional and go over the top to make the residents happy. Best management team I've ever had for an apartment and they will welcome you with open arms.

They are welcoming, efficient and both have a great sense of humor. Beautiful buildings with gorgeous scenery looking over the Thompson River. Quiet location, quiet tenants.. Lucky to be here.
