★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My choice for my birthday, I chose this place. Spent almost 100, was excited to get home and stuff my face. I kept reading the amazing reviews this place had. Threw away 90% of the food. Not one of us finished our food. Such a disappointment. It was the flavour, and amount of grease. I'll give it another shot, as I always say sometimes the cooks are having an off night or the right cook isn't working that night. A cook can make or break your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch here for the first time today with my grandma, first time in a long time my grandma did not have any complaints with the food. I my self was shocked at how much food I got in my meal definitely enough for two. The place was extremely clean, and both the waiter, waitress and staff where really nice to deal with. This will now be one of my restaurants to go to when we go out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinehouse location has the rudest employees ever. Called in to order and was treated rudely because their employees don't want to learn their skip menu. The numbers are different so it confused the guy that answered the phone. He tells me what the number is on the in store menu and when I tell him what is on their pickup menu on line gives me attitude. If you can't handle customers better you won't get my business.

He was quite rude on the phone so I hung up as I was not going to take that from a restaurant I paid money too. After I hung up he actually called me back just to call me names and call me rude.
