Beyond just the selection, what really makes this place special is the staff. Some of the most friendly and genuine people I have ever met. It doesn't take long to see how much they care about their customers and people in general. My first visit was when I was quitting smoking and looking to switch to vaping. As anyone who has been in my shoes knows, quitting smoking can be very challenging. I can honestly say, that if it wasn't for the staff there, I would have been too overwhelmed and gone back to smoking, but instead I was successful at quitting and have never looked back.

I ordered today & was delivered my item today in the middle of a pandemic at that. that is quality service that will go down in my history book. they were a pleasure to do business with and they had exactly what i needed when all the other local shops didn't. Upon entering the atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were amazing. Friendly, informative and didn't pressure you to buy anything. I ended up purchasing an New box mod. The next day I opened up my purchase and I had an issue. Called them up and without hesitation they said to come back to the shop. I went back to the shop and they swapped it out but made sure I was happy before I left. I totally recommend this place if you want to leave 100% satisfied. Good job guys! Keep it up! You gained another loyal customer.

They have more hardware than your average vape shop and stock more than pod kits. I've bought a couple really nice mechanical squonkers from here cheaper than anywhere else in Canada. Keep up the good work guys.

Matt and Coco are both knowledgeable and so friendly. This is a great place to go if you are new to vaping and have questions as Matt will invest the time to answer all of your questions to get you started with the right set up and not rush you out the door or have you leaving more confused then with unanswered questions. This is by far the best vape shop that I have ever been to and I’ve been to many as I have been vaping for 7 years now.
