Unhelpful staff. Would not accept a local return with stickers for delivery due to floods in Vancouver which is completely understandable. I had a 200lb box that I carried from the car literally around the corner (30 sec walk), and they could not offer any assistance (given two people were not busy) to help. They watched as I struggled to get it out of their store instead.

Absolutely worst service. I would advise all never to use this service. They can it even take proper information or deliver . It's been 10 to 12 days since the package is there doing nothing. Absolutely worst

I had a very good experience so far, I live in west vancouver and refuse to go to west van location as they have a very bad customer service. So far I have been using this North Vancouver branch for several packages and every time I have a fast and friendly experience.

all their positive reviews must be paid for cause it makes no sense how anyone can give this place a good review. if i could give 0 starts i would. just a joke. their phone number gives you an automated system. their drivers have no phones and even if you give them your email and number to give you a text when they arrive they won't do it. so what happens to me waiting at home all day for the package ? i can go on and on about my bad experience. UNFORTUNATELY we don't get to choose delivery services companies use. hopefully if we all do our part and spread the news about how bad UPS is, then they will stop. Maybe these terrible reviews they get will give UPS the impetus to stop spending their money on advertisement and instead make them deliver their packages to customers promptly.

TLDR: Package sent back to sender just hours after I called to confirm the package was there and that it would be held for me as I would come later that day to pick up. Employee then tells me to call UPS in the morning only for me to find out the next morning that UPS phone lines are closed on weekends (and that they were aware of that). My package was sent here after UPS attempted to deliver to my home. i never received a notification that a package delivery was attempted and so had no way of knowing my package was already at The UPS Store on Lonsdale and that it was going to soon be returned to sender soon if I didn’t pick up. As soon as I able to found out I called the Lonsdale store’s phone number to confirm if my package was still there and to make sure it they wouldn’t send it back to the sender… When I called the store’s phone number their automated phone menu redirected me to the international UPS customer service. Other than asking why I had called them instead of the The UPS store on Lonsdale where my package was, the person on the phone was helpful. He submitted a request to check on the package and said I would receive a call back shortly regarding the status. That call came in shortly (approximately 1pm), and the employee stated that they had confirmed that the package was physically at the store at that they had notified them then I would be coming by to pick it up. I proceeded to head over to the store once I had finished work. When I I arrived and requested my package the store employee said that the driver had picked it up at 5pm to return to sender. They then recommended that I call UPS in the morning. Fast forward to the next morning - I try and call UPS only to find out that their phone lines are closed on weekends. I then call the UPS Store on Lonsdale to inquire about what to do to. The store employee That answered was the same person who I dealt with the previous evening who had told me to call UPS in the morning… No idea why they told me to call UPS in the morning since on this call they were clearly informed that UPS is not open on weekends, which was apparent when they rudely said β€œThis is a problem between you and UPS. We are a franchise. What do you want me to do? I can’t call them because they are closed on weekends.”

This is the absolute worst place to get a package sent from the USA to Canada. They have no idea what they were doing. I would highly recommend to anyone to ship with fed ex, a company that knows what they are doing. Had no record of it being returned. Nobody reached out to us. Nobody even refunded me regardless of trying multiple times to get one. I will be recommending to the companies I work with to refrain from using this service.

The best UPS Store in town. Especially, Hale who is extremely professional and friendly. Her work ethics and willing to help the customers is A+. We really appreciate her customer service and she is the reason that we continue to have service with this UPS store . Highly recommended. Kati
