★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up until today I would mot have hesitated to endorse this store but I was appalled at how I was spoken to today. There was absolutely NO NEED for the man behind the counter to approach me the way he did. His tone and attitude toward me was appalling. If your store has an issue with how your shippers manage their packages, take it up with them, not me, the customer. The way you spoke to me and demeaned me in front of another customer and staff member was wrong. How am I to know what the Gap and Old Navy policies are? When I called them they said that my name was clearly on the package and that I should’ve only needed ID (which I had). You refused service and treated me poorly over nothing. As much as I can avoid it, I will never use your store again. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal customer service. The guy working there on 11/18/21 was rude and unhelpful. I was immediately met with complaints that I walked in 10 minutes before close and that the computer was already closed down. He also said I was using the closing time against him. Why have a closing time at all? Unless it's just to bully and demean your customers. Just weird and unprofessional behavior. Go to another location.

Find another location to send your packages.They have lost one of my packages but that’s fine, my only complain is about the costumer services after that, rude answer calls, no email answer and super bad information about the claim. Especially the guy who is working on Saturday, super bad costumer services and useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service i have ever received in my entire life. The guy at the desk was very rude. I wanted to take a simple passport photo, and came to the shop about 30mins before the closed, and he was so rude about it as if i just sat at home all day waiting to come towards his closing time. Anyways the passport photo was rejected for my passport renewal. In addition, i wanted to print, sent the items by email as advised to pick up the next day, only for him to reject my printing. Horrible service all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a total bad experience. I didn't know that I was going to be charged for a ups label printout. I said I didn't have 3.00 and was hoping hed let me pay another time. Well he said no, and just turned his back on me. I have to go back to ups a second time. Being disabled this really is a strain. I have to book a ride with wheeltrans each time. He could have given me a break, i could have mailed him the money or come back another day. I think it was just really bad business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never coming back. Bad customer service. I was shocked on how rude some one can be. The guy who is working there today, May30th.
Talking to a clients as I was his child. No listening or providing a kind assistance. He's no professional, too rude, treating people as he is more smart than anyone. No helping, it's like talking to a tree....I know we all have bad days...but customer service I Canada is usually one of the best...unfortunately, I'm not coming back. There are other options around the area where I'm treated as a human being that is paying to get a service = A CLIENT
