Careful with this place. Paid over $500 shipping to Toronto. Then they had the audacity to call back and claim the person receiving the parcel in Toronto was not reachable. This UPS store claimed they would charge a RE - delivery fee for a second attempt delivery of the parcel. Then when contacted the drivers in Toronto the item hadn’t even made it to Ontario yet. They tried getting more money and used the parcel hostage.

Store hours is a lie, Saturday is not open, me and other customers were waiting for nothing . It's very disappointing.

Definitely not helpful. I had the ol' UPS run around today. They said they tried to deliver but there was no sign they did - they just dropped it off at this store. When I called to get it delivered I was told to just come and pick it up. What is the point of UPS delivery if you ALWAYS have to pick it up?

I received efficient, professional service from Jensen at this UPS location. He provided excellent service, preparing my package - and clear, quick answers and resolutions when UPS corporate failed to deliver it on time. The owner of this store is very lucky to have such a competent employee!

Jenson, the young man behind the counter was very attentive and courteous and efficient in talking care of my package of documents being sent to the US. He knew all the forms that needed to be filled in and took care of myself and another customer at the same time. The place was quite full of activity and packages so it looks like a needed service in this area!

All the sudden they want to charge me extra for my personal mail box and claimed that they charged me "incorrectly" in the beginning. I only use it to receive personal packages so there will be someone in the store to receive them for me instead of driving to a further location with the notices some companies like to stick on our lobby entrance door. When I signed up with them, I specifically asked for personal one and paid the right fee so I don't owe them any $. They now said they have to make it a business mailbox even though the size of my mailbox is obviously for personal use only and asked me to pay for the price of a business mailbox for no reasons. I don't even have a business in Canada. And I never used it for business purposes. They keep saying that I have a business name but that was long time ago with a different mailbox I no longer need. Everyone knows Xmas time is the busiest time for packages, and I am penalized during Xmas time. It's not like just UPS is busy, Canada Post and every other delivery points are busy as well. Very unprofessional. I have cancelled a few orders already and starting routing my packages to my home address instead. I will stop renewing my mailbox with them. Waste of money for services that they cannot provide. I still have another 8 months with them until my 1 year contract ends, and they already complaining to me how much work they need to do. Unbelievable.

This is the worst UPS store I have ever visited. After getting absolutely sub par photocopies from one machine, I reluctantly swiped my card, only to have the clerk say "yeah, the other photocopy machine is much better, only 5 cents more" AFTER I had already paid. This is the second terrible service I have received on as many visits. Why did I return? It's close and I was in a rush. Never again. *Edit to response from owner. I said I wanted printing service. You saw the documents I needed to print, and it was clear that they contained small images of black and white photographs, which were very detailed in the PDF. I did not know you printed with two different machines, as this was in no way communicated to me. If you knew the machine you were about to use yielded sub-par results, why did you proceed with printing EVEN after I said one of the prints did not look good? It's not even about the money I wasted, it's about the clerk not communicating my options, and pretending to not see how the quality differed vastly from one print to the next, even after I showed them to her side by side. I clearly wanted quality, and five cents more per print would have been my obvious choice, yet you blame me for not making myself clear? Thank you for the offer, but I will not be returning for an exchange.

The people who work here are amazing! I came today and my package had not arrived yet. I came back later and the person working there remembered me and was happy to find it ready for pick up. She was working so hard receiving deliveries and helping people pick up their packages. Even being that busy, she was still really friendly to everyone.
