★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the service I received from Nick & Kathleen! I went in a couple times to pick up packing peanuts for some boxes I needed to ship out, and every single interaction with them - phone, email, store visit - the customer service was outstanding. You can tell they really care about not only the service they provide, but that your packages reach their destination in the best possible condition. When I went in to ship out the boxes to Montreal, some items were very fragile and expensive, and Nick really went above and beyond to make sure they were packed correctly. They also ended up reaching the destination, not only in perfect condition, but a day early! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything arriving on time now,very pleased with delivery times .Package arrived in California USA from Ontario Canada, took 5 days, just amazing delivery time, don't know how they do it must be magic and tracking number was scanned 15 times. Five Stars and more thanks UPS for doing a great job.

First of all the friendly service, they are professional shipping company, second to none. You may not realize but the UPS Store will find the right size box for your shipping needs, pack your precious items carefully, even insure your items. Then they will ship, e mail you a confirmation & tracking number, all very quickly & efficiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually use UPS, however today I needed to have a product returned with UPS being my only option. I printed and packed my item, then went to drop it off. The woman working seemed annoyed I came into the store, gave a nice groan as she looked at me. So I waited patiently as she finished up on the computer. I told her I had a parcel, and would like a scan receipt. She replied "No. Use your app. BYE!". Then she just stared at me until I left.
