She even took the time to give me time and cost effective options which would best suit me. I can no longer consider anywhere else for my shipping and business card needs. Thank you so much Danielle!

And Jody is awesome, so friendly and just all around a great character! I’m definitely here to stay! It’s a UPS store but to some it’s more than that. I can go to him with any creative ideas and he always takes it a step further than what I could imagine.
The owner, Danielle has been nothing but supportive of my artwork and frequently tells others about my greeting cards and coloring books that I have created and they transform it into printable, sellable art.
I highly recommend them for your business or personal printing needs.
The whole experience working with them has been an absolute delight! Thank you Jody and Danielle

I had a package go missing, it wasn't their fault at all but she gave me the information to contact the delivery company (one transport group) and I've found my package
Just want to give a shout out on how fast she responded to my email literally 3 minutes or less!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a large, unusual order that I had to have shipped from Grande Prairie for my business. Never having worked with the folks at Store 289 before, I didn't know what to expect. I have used UPS stores before for my shipping needs and always had satisfactory results. I reached out to the store and was placed in contact with the owner, Danielle. I explained that I needed to ship 42, seven-pound, fragile pieces of electronic equipment internationally, on a deadline. Danielle managed this task from start to finish and exceeded my expectations in every way. Danielle and her staff have earned my admiration and my highest praise for a job well-done. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks for all of your shipping needs.
