★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALWAYS ask for the price! The cost for a laminated credit card size vaccination/drivers licence is $10 @ nearby UPS stores; I assumed it would be thus or very similar. WRONG! Can you believe I was gouged $18.65?! For comparison, Staples charged $4 for just one sided lamination. All stores give same degree of service, so there is no excuse or reason for this outrageous bill; avoid this store & get the same service

I've been to this branch of UPS many times previously, and all my requests were efficiently addressed. This time, I asked Masoud to create some business cards for me, and I received them within a working day, and the job was far superior to the printing shop I'd previously gone to where it took 4 weeks to receive them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendliness, not service-minded staff, basically rude. Choosing to drive much further just to avoid this horrible place. If you have to use it, make sure you take care of everything at home so you can just drop your package off to avoid interacting with them.

Shame on UPS for having a branch like this.
