We use them as a drop point for many of our shipments. Even though they only get .75 per package we drop (heavy 30 lbs+ boxes), they never complain and our packages always seem to leave when they're supposed to. Thank you!

Go somewhere else if you value the goods your shipping; first it disappeared then no updates; you pay for a result not a service; if it fails to make it from point A to point B then that is the UPS stores responsibility; not according to this store...should have been delivered on Jan 26; no word from UPS and the tracking has not been updated. Even after phone calls, emails, nothing...I will not be using UPS ever again.

Drove all the way out from Chilliwack on November 22nd, 2018 to the lcoation on Peardonville pick up a parcel after my delivery to my home had been horribly bungled and I received a notice threatening to send my parcel back. Upon pickup I gave my credit card information to the agent working that evening to process the payment of $24.71 for taxes and duties. Yesterday, April 25th 2019, I received a notice from North American Receivable Management Services notifying me that UPS had contracted them to "collect the debt in the amount of $24.71". Thinking it was some kind of mail scam looking for my credit card information, I contacted UPS directly. The agent on the phone ADMITS that it shows on record that my card was taken, but does not show a payment being made - so I checked my card online and discovered that the payment was never processed. I am livid. UPS never ONCE tried to contact me to notify me that I owed any outstanding balance. I heard not a single wind of this until I received the letter from the debt collection agency. This is a blunder and an oversight that I cannot forgive, and I will never trust or use this company again. I now have a blemish on my credit file because of this complete f*** up and this is now my responsibility to deal with. DO NOT use UPS. If you absolutely have to, CHECK YOUR CARD STATEMENTS.

They cost me over $600 USD by declining my shipment due to an internal policy they have which wasn't communicated when I signed up. Comparing this to my other UPS store boxes, this store has policies in place which allow them to decline your shipments.... I thought the whole point of having a box like this is to ensure someone is there to receive my shipments when i'm out of town or busy. So far i've paid them for a service and instead of receiving that service they've simply cost me $600USD+ I'm not sure what other rediculous policies they have in place which I haven't come across yet but beware of this location!

They closed early. I showed up before the 6:30pm closing and the place was fully locked down, inside and out.

Terrible customer service. Over priced. Last resort kind of place. Update for March 8 2022. The woman working at the store was very rude and would not email or text me a receipt. Her attitude was not good representation for ups and customer service. Generally these days the gentleman working at the store are very nice and send me confirmation.

I sent a Samsung soundbar to girlfriend's house in Burnaby from Chilliwack I ensured it up to 300 because that's all it was worth and when UPS driver damaged sound bar now it doesn't work properly, it cuts out, they refused to reimburse me or pay for the product, they didn't even do an Investigation. Like what they advertise for. I ordered Canadian product from Ontario, Proper package label clear and precise, UPS says my address doesn't exist. I have already contacted supplier In order to have my business, they will never use UPS only FEDEX or Canada Post. ?????? Disappointed in ups

This is the 4th delivery I've had in the last year. I've paid for shipping that was told would be 2-3 days. 3 times 5 days. So I paid for faster service this time. 7 days later they give me a sticker and I have to pick it up myself. At a store way out of the way. I was home waiting for it. No buzz or phone call. Tough luck on a refund cause they TRIED delivering it. You'd think they'd leave it at their store but they left it at a furniture store not even associated with the place I ordered from. So it's on me to retrieve my order. Thanks for nothing UPS. From now on it's Puralator for me.
