★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a package delivered here. Tracking number said it was there but they said it had not been delivered yet. Went back multiple times and no one was of any help, they just kept asking me to call ups or come back. Called ups and they could see the package was there too. Long story short the package is now being returned to the sender and no one bothered contacting me about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this UPS store today almost at the end of their business hours; the owners went above and beyond to finish my job asap so it can catch the driver who was loading parcels to the truck! Extremely happy with their quick and professional service and friendly attitude! I will certainly be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. everyday but right now it's 9:07 a.m. and nobody is here. So I would suggest don't waste your time coming here cuz you really don't know if they are open or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Don't ship anything to this store. The dude at the front tried to take my license to the back of the shop to look for my stuff, and I told him no.
He kept ignoring me and talking to some other guy, and this elderly guy came out from the back, sliding and kicking parcels with his feet. I'm not talking slow shuffling, I mean full on kicking.
If you want to ship something to this store, make sure it's covered in like 10 layers of bubble wrap.
Or don't use that store at all.
