B	B S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fellow that works the counter was super cranky. He stated he had a long day but im not sure that's my fault? Driver didn't leave a slip giving me information and I was calling to see if something was at the store as Amazon stated it was. Guy was really argumentative.

He helped me through mailing an incredibly important package, and answered all of my questions in a courteous and professional manner, even though I had a thousand questions. He even got on the phone to verify things for me to make sure that I was going to do everything correctly. BIG thanks UPS Store Trenton. I will always be making the trip from Belleville to Trenton going forward whenever I need something done by the UPS Store. You've made a customer for life.

Paid a fortune for overnight shipping to Washington state and it took 7 days. UPS store owner in Trenton blamed this on US customs delay which was part of the delay but only part of it. After clearing customs, it then took 3 1/2 days longer to go the last leg of the trip. The UPS store owner in Trenton refused to take any responsibility for the UPS portion of the delay. He considers it delivered if it gets across the border, never mind that it still has to travel across the country to the west coast destination. He was rude and actually if he had of told us to expect this kind of delay, which he did not, we would have shipped regular shipping and saved a couple of hundred dollars. We were also not told that nothing happens at any point on the weekends, so part of the customs portion of the delay was a weekend. The last leg of the trip was Mon to Thurs, so no weekend there, just UPS delay and once in the US it took 4 days to get to our customer! Nice OVERNIGHT express shipping!
F	Fox Car on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPS is terrible if you’ve any other shipping alternatives I highly recommend using them such as Canada post first and foremost and then I would say USPS and then fedex but by no means would I use ups id rather just not order anything and live without. Because if it was something important a an necessity of life. And you ordered through UPS. You wouldn’t get it so there’s really no difference. Customer service is nice but nice didn’t fix my problem and they did the best with the tools they had so I don’t fault the individual workers but more so the entire company and system as a whole. To sum up if it’s important what your sending or ordering and you want it to get to its destination on time. Do NOT use ups because that won’t happen. And you’ll have to devote an entire day to trying to play phone tag with customer service to get your issue resolved.
