I love dealing with these folks .. so friendly and helpful. Important to note that all these shops are totally independent and merely affiliated with UPS but they deal with all carriers. I've been a happy customer for the past two years now. The mailbox service is a great deal for busy folks who order a lot online. Before that I strictly avoided UPS (by far the worst of the Murican couriers) at all costs but now that they've partnered with such great independent shops it's so much easier.

I hate to leave this review on the store page as it's a review of UPS logistics in Vancouver (I know the store owner is a standup guy), but I will modify this promptly if there is action taken. The UPS drivers in Vancouver are shirking their responsibilities - maybe they are overworked or underpaid, I don't know, UPS needs to deal with this. I have lived here for 3 years and have had persistent issues with 30+ UPS Packages, as does everyone in my building and many others in the neighbourhood. The drivers NEVER ring the door bell. Now that everyone works from home due to Covid it is painfully clear that they simply drive by, claim to have tried to enter the building but "need more info", but make no actual effort to ring the buzzer number clearly marked on every package. We even have signs on our buzzer and our door directed at UPS specifically (because we don't have this issue with any other service) asking the drivers to please just ring the buzzers. The current package I'm waiting for has had "Delivery attempted" while I've been at home SIX TIMES, and been returned to sender twice already, with me having to call UPS and get it redirected back to the house. UPS needs do something in earnest to solve this issue. Totally unacceptable, I avoid UPS whenever possible but unfortunately some sellers still choose them. This should be a warning to anyone buying urgent items like medications that are shipped through UPS.

Lost my package in their own pick up location, customer service doesn’t respond to emails and the phone number doesn’t work either

HORRIBLE service. Tried to pick up delivery for our office - for which I have no physical ID with that address on it (because I don't live in my office). I had to call UPS customer service to have my package sent to another address because the guy behind the counter wouldn't even phone the number on the addressee label which would have proved that it was my package. BAD, BAD, BAD, CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Giving this location A couple chances to change my mind on writing this review but just seems to fail me again and again. I ship things frequently (Canada and UK). The guy that runs the place will penny pitch you for every dollar he thinks he can possibly make off you. Been to all the other ups in the area (Cambie street, Kingsway, Fraser street) all way better service and up front pricing. This guy likes to add up fees or changing his prices when he feels like it. I’ve bought one box three different times same size, it was a dollar more every time. First was $5 then $6 and last visit $7. When I asked about the price change he gave me the answer that tape and folding the box has added fees. No other store will do this. Clearly he needs the money. LOL

I could give a 0 star if I can. I got a printing label on my phone that I was asked to send through their email system. But they didn’t tell me about the file processing fee. If you are charging someone for a service you should tell the customer up front the cost instead of telling the customer to pay whatever the cost afterwards. All the other shopping centers never asked me to pay another file processing fee. Go to another store or just head to the mall across the street to print.

Do you even put parcels on the truck? Every time there’s a so called delivery attempt no one buzzes and no notices are even left in the door. 3 packages since Xmas all the same results. Every other carrier can do it. UPS IS THE WORST RUN COMPANY ON EARTH. Learn how to make a left turn for starters.

I’ve heard UPS only takes right turns and I’m not so against this practice so I won’t provide any hot takes. This location has always been pleasant to deal with, they even let you point out your package to expedite the pickup process.
