β β β β β Bought a flakey pastry with chocolate chips and a boverian cream and it's so heavy and not flakey and light as it should be. The flavour is nice tho.
2nd purchase faccocia buns... tasted good. Nice and fluffy
3rd purchase and never again brought my 3 star review to a one star... almond croissants they were heavy hard and chewy. I could hardly bite into them

β β β β β Love your bread, always great but...why are you selling RΕk water??? Do you know where this comes from and how it came to be??? Do some research, as long as you sell this product I will not spend my money there, and will encourage others to shop elsewhere as well.

β β β β β Amazing craft bakery. If you love bread you'll love Uprising. Their savory cheddar and herb focaccia to die for! Not sure if individuals can purchase directly through the store or online. Their breads can be found at Rusticana grocery (down town Canmore) and at the Red Gables deli (spring Creek Canmore) including other places in Canmore. Highly recommend trying out their full flavour and lovely textured Czech/french or Egyptian sour dough bread.

β β β β β Very greatful you were open on Christmas Eve βοΈ?? NOTE online hours say 7:00 PM though they had a note in the door saying 6:00 PM Had some great deals for end of day!

β β β β β Worked here for a couple hours and what a cute cafe! Drinks were great, staff were super friendly, and the food looked delicious. We had just eaten so didnβt try anything but seems like they had tons of regulars coming for baked goods.
