★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed!!! Not at the shop itself, what they sell or prices, but at one staff member who is so obliviously rude. She stopped whatever music that was playing and put on some rap song that was repeatedly using the N word. She then continued to sing along and dance to it. Seriously... this is 2018, and in Banff Canada!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this shop On Saturday Aug 15. I didn't get to finish looking around as me and my family were watched like hawks by the lady at the front. I made my purchase (should of put my stuff back) and went and waited for my sister. As i waited outside i still seen her following my sister instead of following the lady with a green open purse. Poor customer service.
