Enjoyed an amazing quinoa chicken salad. Prices not bad for downtown Calgary and service was quick. Fast casual styled restaurant with an amazing variety of choices. Great program by SAIT giving the students firsthand experience in running a restaurant.

As a small business owner of A Laptop Shoppe, I am impressed with this magnificent, welcoming, active piece of art, allowing SAIT culinary students to exercise and display there talent in a functional environment in downtown Calgary.

This place is centrally located in downtown. Around lunch time is busy but to get a seat is'nt much of a challenge. The place has a lot to offer from ramen, pasta, pizza ,pastries and surprisingly they also have chacuterie board. My favorite is the ramen, broth is very tasty and well portion.

I was really surprised. So beautiful. Employees looked engaged and eager to help. I only had coffee, but I will be back to try some food. Great idea to help students get real world experience.

Good variety of menu items and value for money. Busy lunch crowd, but plenty of seating. Can also order to go. SAIT students work on set days. I'd eat here regularly if I worked downtown.

Used to love this place pre-covid but quality of food has gone extremly down hill. Ordered a roast sandwich I couldn’t even chew it was so tough and poorly prepared. Very disappointing, used to go at least once a week but don’t think I’ll be returning.

Mexican Date Night. Great Mexican small plates. All cooked by students. I took a friend. We ate a lot and had a lovely evening chatting with Chef Instructors at our table. Count me in for the next event!

Flavorful chowder soup. Best chowder for me. But some people might find it too spicy hot. The bland beef short ribs poutine needs a bit of kick to make it extraordinary. I assume the students are learning the basics but students should be allowed to be creative to bring a different twist to a plain beef ribs poutine.
