Aside from the occasional roaring highway traffic which they have no control over, it was really quiet and peaceful. The portapotties were well maintained and the price was great. We were a little bit worried about there being only a water tap but no sinks since we were bringing along a baby, but we figured it out and brought a water canister with a tap. We especially enjoyed having a campfire! Would definitely come back again!

The room was better stocked, maintained and cleaned than many top end hotels I have stayed at (and worked for- Fairmont, 4 Seasons...). All the amenities one needs+++. Terri took amazing care of my booking and no details were over looked. She truly went far above and beyond and is in my mind a top level hospitality pro. (many hoteliers could learn a thing or two from her!) I look forward to staying here again and you should as well! Thanks Terri
D	Dunsterman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to many motels in my life and this is by FAR the cleanest!!! Very friendly staff and well equipped kitchens. Highly recommended. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. Other than that it’s perfecto!!!!
M	Marina Petrovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great motel to stay: very clean, comfortable newly renovated rooms with TV, full kitchen and bathroom and well maintained beautifull grounds. Motel is on excellent location- right on Sunshine Coast Hwy and close to Ruby Lake and Madeira Park. This is a perfect place to stay and explore Pender Harbour. My family of five stayed in Garden Suite and had a wonderful time. Room size was just fine for us. This was our second stay at Stonewater Motel. We can not wait to go back -if for nothing else but to see and talk again with Terry, motel owner, who is such a great, warm and generous person.

The rooms were meticulously clean and packed with all items you need from kitchenware, to bedding and toiletries! The staff were so friendly and hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed:) The owner arranged a ride for us ladies to get to and from the pub as there is no cab service there. We enjoyed the communal fire pit and picnic bench to gather outside. We thank Terry and Donna for making our stay an unforgettable one!
M	Melanie Punch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This motel had lots of great features!! Clean, clean! We loved this. Location was great, staff friendly, rooms stocked with an amazing selection of coffee and tea. The only downsides was the bed, it was terrible. Super hard and creaky. The fridge had one setting, freeze, on the lowest setting. Toaster, lowest setting was burn. With an updated mattress would move the stars for sure.

After finishing hiking in ancient forest park, weather turned from sunny to rain and cold. We retired back to homey clean and well-pointed room. As everyone else said, room stocked with variety of coffee and tea. A few cups of coffee really warm up soul and body. We were delighted by sitting in front of window watching rain refreshing garden. Owner really puts love and effort into this place. Staffs are simple and kind.
