★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would like to give a personal thank you to Bryan! We were in Tisdale area with our crew fighting fires up in Hudson Bay. Bryan gave his personal number to one of our members so we were able to text our supper order into him almost every night we were there. We were there a total of 8 days. Not only was their food amazing but their customer service was above and beyond AMAZING!!! Some nights we’d be back late and Bryan would wait till until last minute before they closed to get our order in line so it was warm for us and deliver it to the hotel we were staying at!! Thank you for the amazing food, and the amazing customer service! We will 100% choose The Spot every time we are in town working! So much thanks from the CRCC fire crew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order on the phone at 5:56pm. Was told it was going to be 20 minutes. Arrived at 6:20 and they said that since they are busy it’d be a couple more minutes. That’s understandable. I waited in their To Go area for an additional 35 minutes. Not once during that 35 minute wait did they come give me an update or any sort. When I finally did receive my food, I was not given a reason why it took so long or any apology. On my way home I decided to check the bag and they had missed my side soup. I return to the restaurant and am met with looks of disgust. I say that they forgot my soup and the guy just turn away to go get it. Another woman comes back with my soup, again no apology for the mixup or anything. I understand restaurants can be busy but be up front with your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was alright I suppose, the food was pretty good, I had a chorizo sausage fettucini though the chorizo part was lacking in that it wasn't spicy at all. I was told that they turned down to spice because people complain. I guess you can't please everyone. Other than that the food was fine I guess for the price, little high for what you get flavour wise and proportion wise. I would go back though as i have had a few pretty positive experiences there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing food. group ordered the mushroom ravioli, mussels with pasta and salmon and rice. salmon was amazing. rice was cooked in a broth so it had a lot of effort. dessert was warm brownie with ice cream. highly recommend to dine here

Beautiful view with the pine forest from the windows!
Good to have a restaurant like that in Nipawin area. Have been here dozens of times over the years. Service is generally pretty good.
