β β β β β Hands down one of the best Cigar shops in the GTA. Very friendly, very knowledgeable with great pricing and promotions. I live 60kms away and pass about a dozen or more Cigar shops to go to them.
Canβt be beat. Your one stop shop experience.
Be prepared for any other vists anywhere else to be lack lustre if you start off your Cigar journey with these guys.

β β β β β This is canadas best brick and mortar store. The owner and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and will give you great guidance and you can always trust them. They really are a great for customer experience and the fact they handle seasoning of humidors to taking care on warranties is amazing

β β β β β I went to a lot of cigar stores in the GTA and the Smoking Cigar has the best customer service of all : kindness, availability, constant search of satisfaction. It is unbeatable!
Added to that, they offer a wide variety of cigars, always well stocked, pipe tobacco and they have good price on Boveda stuff as well as all kinds of humidors.
Did I mention that they did amazingly well during the pandemic to help me ? They even delivered to my door, for free !
Look no further if you want to refill your humidor. Go there, you wont regret it.

β β β β β Today was really a bad buying experience. I have been to this store several times, and I felt very good about the previous experience. They will introduce me the cigars they recommend very seriously.
I went to their store today, I was about to buy some cigars and cigars, but when I asked me a male salesperson his attitude was very unfriendly, I think their attitude is 180 degrees bigger than before. The man's good tone was very impatient.
I've been to a lot of cigar shops near Toronto before, and I wanted to be their regular customer, but after today's incident, I think I need to think about it.
One small move and you can lose a customer or thousands of customers.
