★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this location multiple times, and every time, I'm not greeted or asked if I need help. I'm not picky with service and mostly want to be left alone, but I wasn't offered any service at all and I just got dirty looks from the store associates. Good deals and pretty fair prices, but I wouldn't buy anything here. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store today for jan 15. Three ladies working, not a soul in the store, no one greeted me asked me for sizing or told me about any sales.
I asked a employee if they had any other color than black and got a snap reply of "what's there is there"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to exchange shoes because stitching was coming out. Cashier sent me home with same shoes. Called store to have a pair set aside so I could exchange the next day. Went the next day and those shoes had the same problem. Got money back after staff wanted me to trim the strings off and buy them. Went elsewhere and got the same shoes at half the price and no strings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a pair of shoes and used one of their online coupons that they had stored on file. When we returned home we noticed the wrong size was grabbed when purchased. We returned less than 24 hours later and traded the unused shoes for 1/2 size bigger. We were then told we needed to pay $10 more because we had already “used” the coupon yesterday. This was a straight exchange for the exact same shoe just 1/2 size bigger NOT another purchase trying to use the same coupon. You have just lost our family as customers, we will never return due to the terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are no better than a lot of regular shoe stores. Sales people are on commission and follow you around asking how you are doing. The Senior Asst Manager that was very pleasant on a Saturday (when we were buying stuff - spend $230+) but was VERY surly when I went to pick up my shoes 3 days later. She had just called me (20 minutes before) and when I said I was there to pick up my shoes (shipped from another store), she looked at me as if I had two heads. She said "Sign here" and pushed the plastic wrapped box at me. I tried them on, they fit and I took the box and plastic to the desk for recycling. No thank you. No "How did they fit" and "No have a good day." I turned into my mother and said "You're welcome!" and left the store. Won't go back. Today we're nice while you are buying and 3 days later we couldn't give a s**t just doesn't work for me. I'll pay $5.00 more for my shoes at a store that cares about its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pair of shoes for work on Monday and needed to return them, due to them not being suitable for work 2 days after I had purchased them. This store specifically the woman Mgr has zero customer service skills. I am not the type to return things often unless they really are not the product I was looking for. But this women would not even make an attempt to be helpful by allowing me to do and exchange or store credit.
She was disrespectful, and unprofessional will not be receiving any business from my whole family who has been shopping there for years...
