On October 19th/2018, Cait came to my parents Suite at a Retirement Home in Belleville to take photos that we could use for my parent"s newspaper announcement for their "75th" wedding anniversary, Nov.15, 2018. We also planned to give these photos to their grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cait was paid $120.00 for the photo shoot and she said she had taken over 200 photos. She sent an email the following day and gave me 2 photos to use in the newspapers, and the rest of the pictures were to come 1 week later on a USB stick delivered to the Retirement Home. I have never received any further communication from her. When I put the announcement in the Belleville Community Press (her employer) I asked if she was in that day and could I speak to her. I was told she was on a course that day but they would give her my phone number and relay the message that I wished to speak to her. So I know she was not ill, nor had she left town. She does not answer my emails. We never received these other pictures. My parents are 94 and 97 years. They were so looking forward to these pictures. My mother keeps asking me if I have ever heard from that girl who took our pictures. Very disappointing and I consider her behaviour to be unethical. We have found we could not trust her word and she kept our money and did not keep the agreement to give us photos. I would never be able to recommend her to anyone because of that. Rilla Rhodes

Cait is a skilled and talented photographer. This review isn’t denying that fact. My family’s photo shoot was scheduled for and took place Sept 29, 2018. The session was paid for in full prior to the photo shoot. We were celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary (the photo shoot was gifted to my parents by my siblings and myself). It’s January 18, 2019 and I still have no photos. The agreement was for Cait to sort through our photos and send the best of the lot on a USB key to my home via Canada Post 2 weeks after the shoot. A month after, she sent us a link to some of the photos and truly they were wonderful, my family and I were so excited to get them! She claimed they were mailed the next day. After another 4 weeks without the key arriving (and considering Canada Post had a rolling strikes ongoing) I reached out via text. Cait said she had mailed them and to wait a couple more days but if I still hadn’t received the USB key, she would purolate our photos. That is the last correspondence I’ve had from her. I waited 2 more weeks, and asked her to purolate the key. I have called and texted and emailed and haven’t had a word in reply. I can’t even describe how frustrated my family and I are. I wanted to use the photos for Christmas presents for my family. The photo shoot is paid for and we have nothing to show for it. Aside from this disappointing realization, on the day of the photo shoot, Cait was an hour and a half late. In the week leading up to the photo shoot, I had reached out to Cait asking to confirm the session and never had a reply. Our session was to start at 10:00 am. Cait finally replied to my text at 10:20 am claiming she was running late. Around 11:30 she arrived. I understand she had some important things to sort out that morning however not letting me know she was going to be late until well after the session was to start was unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t understand why this happened. My patience has run out. The pictures she sent us aren’t full resolution and have her logo on most of them. I am disconcerted to say I could never refer Cait to anyone for the fact that her communication skills are massively lacking. I know I couldn’t run my business successfully in this manner.
