★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff to be very friendly and organized.I didnt have to wait hours in line to use their food bank. Its clean and quiet. The food is good and also staff are helpful. I enjoyed my experience there. Thank God for this place.

I honestly don't recommend their good food box program though.
First time I went the quality of the food wasn't all fresh. The lettuce had that slimy black sludge on its leaves, and not just a bit either, looks like it's been sitting there for at least a week. Then the next time I went, someone accidentally took my box. The person returned it but, there were a couple produce missing. And on top of this, they have a policy of if you don't pick up your box by 3pm, they will give it away. The coordinator is supposed to call when the box is ready but, they don't always do and they rarely answer their phones so you have to call or drop by. It's not an issue If you live really close and can make it in before 3pm, but, for others, not so much. I don't see how giving away the box is fair, considering you paid for it, not them! The fact that they don't always call to let you know the box is ready and the 3pm deadline seems really inconsiderate and inconvenient.
I since switched to the good food box program at FoodShare, on Croatia St and the quality of the produce is beyond amazing.
