★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude i came by to get a bag lunch since they stop serving public lunch an d they always have bag lunch for the resident that are working and are offering it as under I. The picture and they just told me no there nothing here for me get off property false advertisement and is not to the expectation of house of Richmond ... Should be review by community and committee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in this place and the staff are unprofessional and rude. There is a resident who has been slandering me and when i complained about him the staff gave him a pat in the back. He started making stories that i bring drugs to my roomate and that i sell drugs. When i told the staff this they said to let it go but when i complain im hungry and i have a loud voice because i have ear problem they make a big deal out of it. They are very unfair. When i asked the staff francis to give me a pen she keeps throwing pen on the table at me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would never know it's a shelter. The living accommodations are nice, semi private rooms, good three square meals a day, both healthy and nutritious. The guests environment is like family. Staff are friendly and kind. They help guests with housing or employment. Not your typical low barrier shelter that's for sure!!
