β β β β β I really didn't not visit the facility but drove by it. The fact to note is that I have never been inside the building and so my review will be informed by the impression I formed about the work they do vis-a-vis their unique clients! The dredge, downtrodden and mainly forgotten members of the society could be seen loitering outside the building that looks like it needs serious makeover. Most of these obviously have addiction issues and are homeless. They also are frequently in conflicts with the law. This notwithstanding the Salvation Army plays vital roles in their rehabilitation...for this I'm giving them 5β
