The old staff no longer there and 2 new guys man and lady they are not helpful and when someone they know comes the man sits with his friends i think untill no one paying attention then they leave with big bags of free stuff while others are limited to what they can get help with.

I don't know what to say to the people in the church but Thank You for all that you helped me with may it be just bread or socks or even a cup of coffee some people don't know but it's those small items that help out the most to a person to get threw the day.

There used to be very kind nice ladies that used to help us and provide us with diapers, clothing, and many other stuff to help us out with tough times even their kind words were a comfort, but all the sudden the ladies are gone and 2 rude Iraqi husband and wife i think, they are managing everything. They don't help or give much, but i noticed several times when their Iraqi community shows up they get full big bags of all kind of stuff and this is not fair to others because they limit what others can get. Lots stopped coming and left the church because of these 2.

Vary bad services from Mahmood Al Ani and Noor al samaraai in this location , I went there because I needed the help but I was treated with disrespect and discrimination. They refused to help me and tell me about the services that the salvation army offer to people .I insist on immediate action about this matter because no women should be treated the way they treated me in a country like Canada.

Very bad experience for food service. Employee working is very rude and shouts at everyone. Not treated respectfully
