★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place boasts about their WOODFIRE pizza. So we head over at lunchtime to order pizza just to find out its NOT woodfire. Even if u order a whole pizza (not by the slice) you cant get that distinct flavour cuz their woodfire oven supposedly isn't ready until late afternoon. Sooo disappointing!!!! So needless to say we didn't eat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pizza, my favourite has to be the margarita, the basil was so good, my only complaint is I needed more! Order more than you think you will eat because it will disappear.
PS just stop by for some delicious gelato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best pizza I've ever had. The smokey Hawaiian was incredible. What a gem for Trail, BC. The owners and staff were all family. Wonderful people. Highly recommend! Oh and the Gelato was also to die for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Rustic Crust team makes high quality food that we’ve always found to be fresh and tasty. My family and friends have had the take and bake pizza twice, and it’s consistently delicious; we also loved the wood-fired Margherita pizza on the patio. The gelato is made on-site and awesome (it sounds like one of the owners actually went to Italy to perfect this stuff). The coffee is locally sourced and also great. Finally, we’ve appreciated the friendly staff and personal feel.
Overall: recommend and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great idea as there are lots of the generic pizza out there! I got what is the Hawaiian & it was pretty darn good with the creamy Alfredo sauce, top notch toppings & the wicked rustic crust with the slight char!!!
The lady running the front(co-owner?) was super friendly & explained what everything on the menu was that I wasn't sure of.
