★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was enjoyable. Service was fair. On the third night I ordered the honey Chipotle burger...tasted good though could have tasted better. Was a little put off by the frozen preformed meat patties. Using real hamburger would have made a world of difference. I would return for other meals I had the previous two nights. Pleasant atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended The Ridge’s weekly local tradition dubbed “Wing Wednesday” three different times. I ate the ever loving heck out of pounds and pounds of wings and legs, if combined over the course of three weeks I would say it added up to at least 11-12 chickens. I’m not proud of this, it’s just what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take out order of fish and chips and a slice of nutter butter cheese cake. Generous helping of both fish and chip ans the homemade tartar sauce was delicious. Would have rated 5 star if there would have sent utensils with the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled into Grande Cache and wanted someplace to sit and be served to eat. I had checked out google, saw the great reviews and so my husband and I went to The Ridge. It has a bright and airy modern design that was also very comfortable and welcoming. The service was fantastic! We were immediately greeted and the good service continued from there. There was one server working and yet we felt well looked after and neither ignored nor hovered over. The menu is large and varied! I ordered the BLT chicken waffle sandwich with fries and it was too big to put my mouth around. The food was freshly prepared: chicken was crispy, the waffles tasted homemade and the fries and gravy were amazing. My husband had the Pulled Pork Burrito. It was nicely prepared and very delicious and also huge. We felt the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food and paid a little over $60 for our two meals, one pop and one cocktail (including tip). Highly recommended!
