★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a star to the sales and another star to the warranty team workers who carry the elder. I would not define as luxury house at all because they use the minimum requirement to build my house, which is said by the Foxridge team. Problems: Bouncing floor, Saggy floor, and Uneven basement, Overprice, Poor workmanship, etc. ADVISE to new house owner: Be sure you reported your problem not only to their foxridge website, but also to the house warranty from Travelers company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a Foxridge house on Mitchell st. Sherry has been extremely nice and helpful. She goes extra mile to make sure we are happy with our choices. She is very experienced and Foxridge is lucky to have her as a rep. We also had our pre dry wall walk with Mike today. He has been also very helpful He patiently answered all our questions and agreed with all our requests that we really appreciate. So far we had a great experiece with Foxridg and their staffs and strongly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foxridge truly builds homes that you can build memories in. Not only are they professional but they will not stop until they know you are satisfied with your home. Would recommend, and do! To all and anyone would is looking to purchase. I can proudly say that I’ve grown up in a foxridge home and now continue living in one with children of my own who will no doubt build their own wonderful memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gorgeous area up on the moutain in coquitlam, what stunning views, little bit up at the top, lots of trails, seen lots of wildlife, including, deer, bears, cougar yet to see him, egals, ravens etc.. creek running down the moutain. A lot of it's still under construction but it's going to be beautiful when it's all finished and done. ?
