Called looking for help close to closing time and lady who answered could have cared less. I asked for the name of anyone who could help me and she wouldn’t give me a name. Ignorant to say the least!
M	Mark Redd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought vehicle in and was running rough. They said I needed the sparkplugs changed. 7 our of 8 broke which is common for my vehicle. Paid my large bill and went on my way. It ran fine for 1 month then it began to have a very violent miss to the point where it stalled. Took it to my regular mechanic in Vancouver. 6 out of 8 of the spark plugs were loose from them improperly torquing them. Ruining 6 coil packs and 6 of the brand new spark plugs they put in. My engine almost caught fire according to my mechanic. Be warned if they can’t do something as simple as putting in a spark plug properly think of what they’re missing/doing wrong working on your brakes.

I had an on-going problem with my van that a different garage could not resolve, so I figured I would see what Revelstoke Garage thought about it. Tylor managed to quickly diagnose and fix it and now my van has never driven so well!! I was really impressed when they sent me a PDF file of what was wrong with photos. I've always been sceptical of garages doing unnecessary work just to make money, but these guys are genuine. I've had three services there now and each time my van feels like shes running better and better. Yes, they are expensive but this is Revelstoke. I'm happy to pay that extra dollar because I know that they're doing the job right. Thank you Tylor and Donna!

Over the last three years , Revelstoke Garage has completed repair work on my Toyota Sienna( five times now ). The repairs were always done within the Initial $ Estimate. The improved performance of my Van was always noticeable. Also, they always provided me with digital photos, which showed the part (s) that needed to be repaired.
B	Brent O'Hagan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been taking my 17 year old vehicle to Revelstoke Garage for a few years now. Mostly routine maintenance and the occasional old age issue. The team there have always been honest and fair with their repairs and pricing and I’ve had nothing but stellar service from everyone at the Garage. Their service reports (with photographs) are the most thorough I’ve ever been given. Never had anything but a great experience with them, couldn’t recommend them more.
K	Kyle I. (Mr Wub) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $100 to fix a slow leak in my tire? I had indicated that I might need an alignment so they spent some time checking that out and billed me $40. Fair enough, no problem there but to then tack on $45 extra to do the small leak in the tire that's where I have a problem. Unfortunately it is a little bit my fault as I didn't get full pricing up front. Just be aware it looks like they set prices high for even a basic thing like fixing a slow leaking tire. Just make sure you confirm rates up front with these guys to avoid disappointment. Sorry guys I don't usually write reviews but I feel pretty robbed after that experience, I have had tire leaks repaired for free at other tire shops. I would still say it was an okay experience because even though they robbed me a little at least they did it with a smile. Donna still get's full points on friendliness at the front desk.
A	Arienne Hanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to go here all the time. They were friendly and timely and we trusted them so didn't keep a very close eye on what they were charging us for. Then one time they informed us that the transmission fluid needed changing on one of our vehicles and that it would cost $500!? Needless to say, we found a more honest mechanic who did that and an oil change for under $100. Haven't been back since.
