โ โ โ โ โ Typically in the past I've enjoyed renting here.
Our last rental, the equipment didn't work at all due to a failed GFI on the plug. Being on an extremely tight deadline, we didn't call initially to inform them this.
We had the equipment for two days (tight deadline, couldn't return it immediately) and requested a no charge on the account.
They charged us $120 the saw and the blade for one day charge. They had informed us that had we called, they would of sent us a new one. Which would have been great had we known.
Not having the saw working cost us loss time and loss productivity. If the equipment doesn't work, there simply shouldn't be a charge.

โ โ โ โ โ My husbandโs backpack blower Didnโt sound right took it in to get looked at piece of plastic was inside housing they remove the housing (8 screws)took the piece of plastic out and the noise disappeared . Then the technician decided to adjust backpack blowers valves which We did not ask for because my husband adjusted them the same day He brought the backpack in it was running fine.$75 charge ! also took chainsaw in to get looked at said we needed new carburetor $85 ,$150 installed Amazon has New carburetors for $25 delivered !

The only issue that I had was that the pressurized water tank (that I had for the diamond tipped cement tool I was using) jammed when I went to reseal the tank.
I couldn't get it to work again. Not sure why.
