★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's a thought...If you want to give people calling with questions the first impression that you're caring and professional, maybe hire someone to answer the phone who doesnt get defensive and rude when she doesnt know the answers. Maybe someone with the capacity to string an adult sentence together wouldn't hurt either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but a professional-appearing facade for a "Bill Mill" - An operation designed to milk the system & the taxpayer. Strategically located adjacent to CFB Trenton & Tyendenaga M.T. to capitalize on and exploit the fact that Military Personnel & Natives receive 'free' counselling ('Free' meaning that You and I foot the bill for the better part of $200. per hour whether these people show up or not). There is only One legit Psychologist in the whole office and she appears to rarely be there.
