Sticky tables, slow service...food I horrible..
My friend ordered " mushroom and spinach padta" wich awful....itcwas mixed og bow tie and penne with 3 small leaves of spinach and couple of small pieces of mushrooms, overwhelming strange spice , no oil and NO SALT whatsoever....
We returned the pasta and then person who cooked it come to the table ( I wouldn't call him shef) and instead of apologizing he try to convince us that nothing wrong with it and this is they healthy option that is why there was no salt ( no mention on menu)..
It was pathetic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner here is a restaurant super hero! Caught off guard today with a large crowd and an unexpected staff shortage, we all still enjoyed a fabulous delicious lunch and friendly service. A lovely welcoming establishment. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Meaford and decided to have lunch at Red Door which we just found online. We tried the Meaford hamburger and chicken wings. The homemade beef patty is freshly prepared everyday. It is flame broiled and topped with sauteed mushroom and onion, smoked cheddar, grainy mustard mayo, housemade tomato jam in brioche bun . To our delight the hamburger was juicy, tender, so tasteful and delicious. The flavour is amazing - really fresh, seasoned well and done just right.
The chicken wings in honey garlic sauce was also good and the honey was not overly sweet.
Laura was the only server but managed to provide excellent customer service. She got the orders right and we did not have to wait long for our food and drinks. She managed to still check with customers to make sure that they have everything they need. She is so warm and friendly and serve with a smile. We all enjoyed the food and the great service and would certainly come back here if we are in the area.
