The Recovery Spa

The Recovery Spa has offered those of us interested in natural healing somewhere to go! The owners are such awesome people and very knowledgeable about the services they provide. Every time I leave the spa I not only feel great, but I’ve also learnt something new. I highly recommend The Recovery Spa if you’re looking to take control of your health!

My short NuCalm session felt like I had condensed half a dozen naps into one, I left feeling really refreshed. Awesome calming atmosphere and great staff

The recovery Spa is a wonderful facility. I had high hopes that the Infrared red sauna would work for me. Unfortunately it can only run at 65 degrees and this doesn't give me personally enough heat to break out in a good sweat. Bought the punch card & cannot get a refund. My loss their gain...Hoping to find a place with a Swedish style dry sauna.

Thoroughly enjoy my visits to The Recovery Spa. It's been a great compliment to a workout schedule or recovery from snowboarding, and Josh and Lindsay are always super friendly and make sure they recommend treatments to suit. I tend to be pretty lazy, so I really appreciate the convenient online booking, its easy to do on the run. The wife and I have also enjoyed the Four Sigmatic mushroom blend they offer, for an all-round mind and immune boost.

Wow, what a Great Place!!! Discovered them on Google and hope more people do!!! From the greeting by the fabulous Lindsay , to an amazing Infrared Sauna session , than a Normatec Air Compression session, I feel great! Loved it so much bought a membership! The clientele in there is also so friendly! Great vibe!!! Highly reccomend!!!!!

I have known Josh and Lindsay for a few years now, and have had numerous interactions with the various services their Unique Spa offers. Whether it is compression gear for recovery, or Infrared Sauna for health or various modalities for relaxation and de-stressing, the Recovery Spa is like taking a mini-vacation! I hughly recommend you pay them a visit and see what they have for you!

The Recovery Spa’s services is a real game changer for me! Josh, Lindsay and the staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, passionate, friendly, easy to talk to and they genuinely care about helping. I’m an Ultra Marathon runner who competes in several 100KM to 100 Mile Ultra Marathons each year. This year, I’m signed up for the Fat Dog 120 Miler and I’m excited to see how the services at The Recovery Spa will enhance my training. Since using the NuCalm and NovoTHOR, I’ve noticed a dramatic improvement in my running. I’m able to run faster, get into a better running pace and flow and I’m recovering quicker. I’m also seeing noticeable improvements with my skin after a few sessions of the NovoTHOR. I’ve struggled with bad acne my whole life which has impacted my self-confidence. Before finding NovoTHOR, I almost went on Acutane, a drug to cure acne which would have had bad side effects. This medication would have negatively impacted my training and race performances. Thanks to NovoTHOR I didn’t have to go on Acutane. I’ve also noticed signs of aging under my eyes as I’m now in my late 30’s. After using NovoTHOR, my acne almost completely disappeared as well as those fine lines under my eyes. I feel so renewed! I’m so impressed by the results that I’m getting in just a few short months. I highly recommend The Recovery Spa to anyone and everyone who’s looking to make improvements in their life, whether that’s improved athletic performance, eliminating pain and/or stress management. I've been in to see Josh, Lyndsey & team many times. NovaTHOR w/oxygen is a wonderful machine for superb muscle recovery and energy boost. Also enjoyed the boots after some unforgiving CrossFit "let's make your legs feel like bricks" type workouts. I've personally known this crew for a few years now and they are absolutely top notch people who care about making sure you are able to tap into your highest recovery and fitness performance possible.
